1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Scope of Services

Sozo Redefined Image provides:

• Nurse health and wellness coaching (non-clinical).
• Private in-home concierge non-invasive body sculpting.

We do not provide: medical diagnosis or treatment, prescriptions, psychotherapy or mental-health treatment, emergency care, or primary care. Our services do not replace your physician or licensed healthcare providers.

3. Not Medical Advice

Information on this site and in coaching sessions is educational. Always consult your physician before starting any wellness, nutrition or fitness program.

4. Nursing Licensure and Location

Wellness coaching is available only where the nurse is licensed or otherwise authorized in the state where you are physically located at the time of service. You must confirm your physical location at the start of every virtual session.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Disclose relevant health conditions before body sculpting services.
• Follow pre- and post-service instructions.
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with notice.
• Communicate honestly about your goals and progress.

6. Payment Terms

• A 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment or program. Scheduling is confirmed once the deposit is received. No deposit applies to Pathways to Wellness or complimentary consultations.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
• Published prices and any service-specific costs are presented before payment.
• Payment is processed through a secure third-party provider.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
• Private in-home concierge service is included within a 20-mile radius. Additional charges apply outside the 20-mile service area.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Wellness and body sculpting outcomes depend on many personal factors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guides and program structures are the property of Sozo Redefined Image and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sozo Redefined Image is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.

11. Emergency Situations

This platform is not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 for a medical emergency, or call or text 988 for a mental-health crisis.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
