Private in-home concierge service is included within a 20-mile radius. Additional charges apply outside the 20-mile service area.

$56.25 deposit reserves your appointment
Reserving your appointment
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your appointment or program. Scheduling is confirmed once the deposit is received.
No deposit is required for Pathways to Wellness or for your complimentary virtual consultation.
Wellness Coaching does not include a separate discovery call. Your first coaching session begins once your intake form, required agreements and 25% deposit are complete.
An itemized receipt may be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan and are determined by your insurance provider. Sozo Redefined Image does not guarantee or promise reimbursement.
